Kanata Blanket Company was established in 1993 with a focus on traditional craft blankets for the retail and gift markets in Canada and the US. Today, our company offers a distinctive selection of wool blankets and exclusive designs from Canadian artists, all made from quality fabrics with attention to detail that is the hallmark of the Kanata products and the people that make them.

Over the years, we have built upon the success of our traditional wool blankets. We were the first in the promotional market with premium fleece throws, soon to be followed by the introduction of our custom cotton tapestries. As blankets have rapidly become a more popular product category, Kanata has continued to lead the way, developing new fabrics and concepts.

Our Kanata Sport Collection offers imported lifestyle products that carry the same Kanata brand and guarantee of quality and value as our domestically produced items. The result is high quality products at a most competitive price.

Kanata's client list is truly international, from drug store chains to Mercedes Benz to the most recent Billy Joel tour, all look to Kanata for the latest fabrics, decor & designs available today. Over the last few years especially we have enjoyed exceptional growth in both product lines and in sales.
